Based on field ethnographic materials and special literature, an attempt is made to fill the gap in the study of pre-Islamic remnants among the Kyrgyz, the remnants of totemism, the cult of nature and industrial and economic magic, the cult of ancestors and the funeral cult, demonological ideas and shamanism are highlighted - not only in the past. but also their current state.
