This collection contains materials from the scientific and practical conference "Civil War in the East of Russia: New Approaches, Discoveries, Finds" held in April 2002. The articles, theses of the reports consider various problems of the domestic and foreign policy of the anti-Bolshevik governments of the East of Russia. Much attention is paid to the history of the civil war in the Urals. Previously unexplored questions are analyzed, new historical facts are introduced. In particular, the authors consider the history of anti-Bolshevik armed formations, partisan detachments, regular units of the White Armies. Various aspects of the economic and social policies of the White governments in the Urals are investigated.
