The book of the famous writer Andrei Vorontsov is written in the genre of fascinating literary investigation. The protagonist of the book, the author of the great QUIET DON Mikhail Aleksandrovich Sholokhov, is depicted not only as a historical character, but also as a legendary image. Legends do not arise on their own, they are a kind of part of reality. A. Vorontsov depicted the inner world of the famous writer, showed him a living person. Of course, the author sought to follow the historical truth about Sholokhov, but, reconstructing unexplained places in the writer's biography, he followed the well-known principle of literary reconstruction of reality: to speculate what is depicted only when it cannot be confidently denied that this could actually happen.
