This publication discusses the basic concepts, principles, institutions of tax law. Much attention is paid to subjects of tax law, elements of taxation, liability for violations of tax legislation, methods of protecting the rights of taxpayers, the legal regime for collecting individual taxes (fees). As examples of the practical application of tax law, a significant number of acts of the highest judicial bodies were analyzed.
