The book describes the third, advanced form of Wing Chun. In Wing Chun schools, this form is studied by those students whom the teacher deems worthy to be members of the kung fu family. A Wing Chun fighter at this level must have sufficient maturity and strong character to prevent him from abusing the knowledge gained.
