Psychology as a science and psychotherapy as its practical application as they develop are increasingly removed from each other. Scientific methods used in science, primarily experiment and mathematical data processing, find their inapplicability in psychotherapy, where we are always talking about unique special cases. The monograph proposes an approach that allows applying scientific tools, including experiment and mathematics, to psychotherapeutic practice. The work is based on the method of solving psychological problems themselves using linguistic tools.
