The collection consists of two parts: 1) the national question in the programs of political parties and movements during the revolution of 1905-1907; 2) changing national programs in 1917 (February - October). Its structure creates a retrospective view of the evolution of the national programs of Russian parties from the moment of their organizational design and formulation of program guidelines (beginning of the 20th century - 1907) to their adjustment and refinement caused by the rise of national movements in the conditions of democratization of political life after February 1917.
