The book is the first systematic review of potential military applications of nanotechnology. In the next 10-20 years, ultra-small computers may be created. lighter and stronger materials, new types of weapons and even implants introduced into the body of military personnel. The prospects for military nanotechnology are considered primarily from the point of view of international security and the prevention of a new arms race.
