The anthology contains selected detective and "criminal" works of writers of the Silver Age, many of which remained still unknown even to specialists, not to mention a wide range of readers. The reader will find in the anthology both rare works of famous writers of the era and works of practically unknown, but therefore no less interesting writers. A significant part of the works is reprinted for the first time. The book is supplemented with original illustrations of leading book graphs of the period and is provided with comments.
