Traditional theology gives us a rich tradition of interpreting biblical events. But its weakness is causal relationships that are practically not analyzed and therefore remain a mystery. The strangeness of the Sacred history becomes visible when we stop perceiving the Bible as a story, as a given, and begin to look at the events set forth in it critically, studying its plot as if we were reading a detective novel.
