The book examines the early history of the Belozersky Territory, where in ancient times the entire Ugro-Finnish tribe lived, and then the Slavs settled. The study of the relationship between weights and Slavs is one of the main tasks of the monograph. A special part is devoted to Beloozero - a city whose excavations were led by the author of the book.
Das Buch behandelt die frühe Geschichte der Region Belozersky, wo in der Antike der ugro-finnische Stamm lebte und sich dann die Slawen niederließen. Die Erforschung der Beziehungen zwischen Vesi und Slawen ist eine der Hauptaufgaben der Monographie.
