The reference manual provides information on line transformers used in foreign TVs of popular models. Principle of TDCS operation in output stage of horizontal scanning is described. For the first time, recommendations for replacing transformers are given. Typical TV failures associated with TDKS failure are given. The appendices show the replacement of TDCS with analogues of the TR and HR series. In addition, schematic diagrams of widespread TR series line transformers are given. The manual is intended for TV repairers and trained radio amateurs.
