Theoretical and practical issues of reliability of complex systems at various stages of their life cycle. Methods of ensuring and increasing reliability at the stages of design, serial production and operation, mathematical models of constructing reliability growth curves by the passive method and taking into account control actions, as well as ways to increase reliability by structural and technological methods are presented.
