The collection of documents was prepared within the framework of the large-scale all-Russian project "No statute of limitations" in order to implement a systematic and comprehensive approach to the study of the historical past, associated with the war crimes of the Nazis and their accomplices and the tragedy of the civilian population during the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945. He introduces new ones into scientific circulation, unexplored documentary complexes and contributes to the dissemination of reliable historical information about the Great Patriotic War.
