A.V. Kramer's book "The Causes, Beginning and Consequences of the Schism of the Russian Church in the Middle of the 17th Century" was published in 2005. Its content exactly matches the name. The author's reflections on the consequences of the split are of the greatest interest in it. Many of these consequences are not a thing of the past and are involved in shaping the way of life in Russia and in our time, which should be of interest to all Russian people. The second edition is expanded and supplemented by many episodes and two separate chapters.
