This tutorial provides general information and design guidelines for microwave radio receivers for mobile cellular systems. Assignments for the design of such radio receivers and guidelines for their implementation are given. Recommendations on selection of structural diagrams, element base and schematic diagrams of radio receivers are given. The procedure for calculation of structural diagrams and electrical calculation of radio receiver units is given.
