This monograph, based on an analysis of domestic criminal law as well as relevant provisions of international law, addresses the fundamental problems of criminal law related to liability for war crimes. The content of the signs characterizing these crimes, which make it possible to distinguish them from related acts, has been investigated. A number of proposals are presented to improve the current criminal legislation of Russia in this part.
