Iris Scanlon, the vampire day concierge in the Wasteland of the Waning Moon, knows more about the undead than she would have liked. The execution of their orders in the daytime - from calling a plumber to supplying chilled synthetic blood of the first group - makes it possible to look at a completely non-glamorous side of the life of vampires.
