In November 2013, it was impossible to imagine what the postponement of the signing of the agreement between Ukraine and the EU would lead to and how this event would change, first of all, not so much Ukraine as the Russian Federation. But it happened just like this: the reaction to the Ukrainian revolution was the aggravation of the worst disease of the eastern neighbor.
