A pamphlet by a famous Chinese scholar contains a systematic sketch of the theory and practice of the so-called "internal schools" (nei jia) wushu as a phenomenon of traditional culture in China. The brochure is written on the basis of sources still unknown outside China or even not published, as well as the author's personal impressions of meetings with Chinese wushu masters. The application publishes some of the most important texts of the "internal schools" of Wushu.
