The new fundamental work of Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences M.L. Titarenko is a continuation of many years of comprehensive research work by the author on a wide range of problems of intercivilization relations, as well as issues of international security, political, economic and humanitarian relations between Russia and China, two Korean states, Japan.
