This is the fourth edition of the textbook "History of International Relations and Foreign Policy of Russia (1648-2017)," published by Aspect Press since 2001. The revised and supplemented edition includes a section on Russia's relations with leading countries of the world, as well as an expanded list of recommended literature. The book covers the period from the Peace of Westphalia in 1648 to the present day. The textbook uses a number of materials that have become available only in recent years. In the new edition, at the request of the publisher, the section "International relations in Europe in the XVII-XVIII centuries. replaced by a small section on the Westphalian world. This made it possible for the authors to present the history of the twentieth century. and bring it to 2017. Realizing that the opinions of the authors and their assessments do not always coincide with the opinions of readers, the authors tried to cite different opinions of specialists on individual issues raised in the book.
