The workshop, prepared by a team of teachers of the Department of Civil Procedure of the Ural State Law University, was compiled on the key topics of the course "Arbitration Process." Each topic includes questions for preparation for practical exercises, a list of regulations and judicial practice, a list of literature, tasks and test questions for testing knowledge.
