The publication of this manual was prompted by objective reasons, which also greatly influenced my subjective preferences when choosing both the educational material used by me in the manual and the main point of view when developing the basic concept of the entire integrative course. The manual was the result of my work at the Department of Philosophy and Bioethics of the First Moscow State Medical University named after I.M. Sechenov. The main sources of the training course are lectures on philosophy and bioethics, which I gave in the period from 2014 to 2018 at all faculties of PMGMU named after THEM. Sechenov. In preparing the publication, practical experience of working with students at seminars and analysis of their creative and final works was used.
