The textbook provides an analysis of the theoretical and methodological foundations of psychology in operational-search activities (ORD), explores the subject, tasks and methods of psychology in the ORD. The problems of personality psychology, activity, professional communication of operational workers with various categories of participants in the ORD, the psychological foundations of solving crimes by the operational apparatus of the internal affairs bodies are considered.
