The paper shows the role of the Lappo-Danilevsky method in the theory of linear differential equations. The method of applying the Lappo-Danilevsky apparatus and the analytical theory of linear systems of ordinary differential equations to the theory of systems of linear differential equations with periodic real coefficients is developing.
