Radio performance based on the fantastic novel by Evgeny Veltistov "Nocturne of emptiness." The famous American journalist John Bari becomes aware that the senator and businessmen of the military-industrial district are guilty of the death of many cities and towns that have become victims of artificially caused natural disasters. Having struggled to get rid of the persecution of hired killers, Bari makes a press statement in which he exposes people waging a secret climate war.
