Photo Album. 1992-1993. The beginning of the last decade of the XX century. In the centuries-old historical chronicle of Abkhazia, this chronological boundary has become the designation of a period of cruel and tragic trials, which in the people's memory are now forever captured by a short and terrible word: "War." The Abkhaz-Georgian war of 1992-1993, bringing with it death and destruction, grief and suffering to thousands and thousands of people, turned out to be one of the bloodiest on the territory of the disintegrated USSR. Today, its true meaning and significance, scale and historical results have already become fully obvious.
