Presenting Jewish religious doctrines not in a particularly attractive light for Jewry, on the basis of materials strictly indicated in the note itself, its compiler was not at all guided by the desire to cause any restrictions, embarrassment and persecution of Jews, but on the contrary, the purpose of the compiler of the note was to arouse consciousness of the need for a comprehensive study of religious doctrines currently practiced by several million Jews scattered around the world.
