The tutorial describes the basics of the theory and technology of the processes of deformation of pipe, tubular and sheet blanks into products with steeply curved and stepped axes with a bend radius close to zero, as well as products with intersecting axes - tees. The analysis of factors limiting the technological capabilities of the processes of bending both pipes and sheet blanks to an ultra-small radius by traditional and original methods was carried out. Technological features of implementation of the developed hydraulic stamping processes are considered.
