Guidelines for modern methods of diagnosing internal diseases were awarded the M.P. Konchalovsky Prize. The main attention is paid to the analysis of clinical syndromes with an indication of their etiology, a scheme is presented that allows you to identify the only cause of a particular syndrome. This edition (the first was published in 1980) has been revised and supplemented with new data from recent years.
