The Dictionary describes about 1,500 words that appeared in the Russian language in the first decade of the 21st century and have not yet been recorded by explanatory dictionaries of the Russian language. These are mainly borrowings from English, less often German and French. The Dictionary provides the most complete information about the new word: its interpretation, grammatical characteristics, etymological reference are given, in some cases spelling options are given, sometimes synonyms are indicated. According to the quotes from newspapers, magazines, the Internet, radio and television, the reader will find out the time of the appearance of the word in Russian, as well as in which publications it was found. The dictionary is aimed at the widest range of readers.
