The proposed manual covers the conceptual framework, classification and functions of innovations, domestic and foreign experience in organizing financing of innovation activities, regional aspects of the development of the innovation sphere, in particular in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the dynamics of innovation processes in the region. The problems of intensifying innovative activities of financing tools and technologies are also considered.
