One of the main ideas of the Easter Seder Agad formulates as follows: "In each generation, a person is obliged to feel (literally "look at") himself as if he himself left Egypt." There is another version of this dictum, given by the great sage and teacher of generations Rambam. It differs from the more common one in one word - not "feel" ("watch"), but "behave," "look" ("look," here is a pun in the original language).
