The monograph is a systematic presentation of the basic principles of modern polymer physics in a rather strict, but understandable form even for a layman. It is assumed that the study of this monograph will allow the reader to quickly enter the circle of basic ideas and problems of modern polymer physics and then move on to a deeper study of special issues.
