The monograph shows in a historical aspect how in the Mongolian People's Republic, where socialist construction is carried out, bypassing the capitalist stage of development, the issue of the formation and development of higher and secondary medical education, the provision of healthcare facilities with medical personnel, etc. was raised and resolved. The great assistance provided by the Soviet Union to the young republic in organizing health care was analyzed.
