Methods of strengthening foundations in case of damage to their durability, as well as during the reconstruction of existing facilities are described. The reasons causing the need to install both foundations on a natural foundation and piles are considered. Examples of reinforcement of shallow and pile foundations are given, including foundations for machinery and equipment, as well as free-standing structures and buildings built on the slopes.
