The book touches upon various questions of the theory and places of the history of Soviet labor law, conducted a comparative analysis of the Labor Codes of the Union republics in force at that time, considered issues of the ratio of labor and collective farm and labor and civil law, some issues of the theory of labor legal relations (the controversy with N.G. Aleksandrov is interesting on them), a study was carried out on the issue of the independence of labor law as an industry, other issues were raised. The book is written in good language, easy to read, ideological cliches are available, but minimized.
