The first volume of the manual describes the radiological semiotics of the most important diseases of the chest organs (bronchi, lungs, pleura, mediastinum), based on data from multi-projection and multi-axis radiography, tomography and zonography, as well as radiopaque techniques of bronchography, angiography, pneumomediastinography, etc. The corresponding chapters cover differential X-ray diagnostics of the main diseases of the chest organs.
