The second part of the collection "Domestic Linguists of the 20th Century," which is expected to be brought to the attention of the reader, analyzes the works of prominent Russian linguists of the post-revolutionary period, who made a huge contribution to the development of problems of the structural division of the language, its functioning and external relations, problems of the sign of the language and the position of the language among other sign systems.
