The book is devoted to the design and calculation of reinforcement of rod metal structures. Operation and calculation of various types of flat rod structures and their elements reinforced in stressed state are considered from the same positions. Considerable attention is paid to the issues of calculated assessment of the impact of reinforcement technology, and especially stresses and deformations arising from reinforcement by welding. Recommendations on design and approximate methods of steel structure reinforcement calculation are given.
