The textbook includes four modules devoted to the characteristics of welding materials, various methods of fusion welding and parameters of the welding mode, equipment and technology for gas welding and cutting of metals and alloys, technology for welding steels of various alloying classes, repair welding of cast iron, welding of light and non-ferrous alloys. The appendix contains international terms and definitions in the field of welding.
