The Handbook contains the necessary information on the organization and technology of design and survey work - on economic, topographic-geo-desic, engineering-geological, engineering-hydrometeorological surveys and the main methods of designing roads and structures on them. For the first time, the handbook includes a special section devoted to automated design of roads at the level of the domestic CAD-AD system. The Handbook does not replace technical specifications, building codes and departmental regulatory documents.
