The monograph is devoted to the study of models of treatment and diagnostic processes and methods for extracting them from data. Medical and diagnostic processes are considered in the monograph as workflows. The main methods and tasks of modeling flows and work flow management systems are described. An overview of the methods commonly used in building mathematical models of work flows is given.
