The monograph is devoted to the activities of Dutch entrepreneurs in Russia from the middle of the 16th to the middle of the 18th century, during the period of the greatest activity of the Netherlands in the European and world markets in the era of early modern history. The main attention is paid to the Dutch trade names and companies located in Moscow and the Russian North, their role in Russian foreign trade, the creation of the first industrial enterprises in the country, and in establishing relations between Russia and Western European countries.
