The book of American authors discusses the issues of atmospheric thermo- and hydrodynamics, wind climatology and its impact on the design and calculation of engineering structures. The dependence of wind load and its distribution on buildings and structures on wind speed is shown. Aeroelasticity phenomena are investigated. The need for aerodynamic model tests was noted as an important stage in the calculation and design of structures for wind impact.
