The short course "Initiation Means" contains a brief description of the device, properties, factory production and testing methods for igniter caps, detonator caps, detonating cord and electrical detonators (electrical igniters and electric detonators). The book is recommended as the main guide for students of the Academy. It can also be used by special facades of technical schools, special technical schools and artillery and technical schools of the Red Army.
