The publication provides information on mass red terror based on unique acts of investigation, certificates, summaries and other materials of the Special Commission for the Investigation of the Atrocities of the Bolsheviks. Published documents are mainly stored in the Archives of the People's Labor Union (NTS) in Frankfurt am Main (Germany). Some investigative acts in typewritten copies are stored in the Hoover Archive of the Institute of War, Revolution and Peace at Stanford University (USA, California) in the collections of B.I. Nikolaevsky and P.N. Wrangel.
