The world is on a powder keg, and several times in a century this keg explodes with the Apocalypse. Monsters come out of the sea, the star Wormwood capsizes into rivers, turning water into blood, an angel blows a pipe over the ashes. Only the mysterious Gate will be able to save the living, so that people can rebuild life after the disaster - if, of course, they have time to enter this Gate.
