The book is based on materials for lectures given by the author for surgeons, students of the Institute for Advanced Medical Studies. The book contains seven chapters, during which, at the modern scientific level, the clinic and pathophysiology of the leading symptoms of acute surgical diseases of the abdominal organs are presented, as well as recommendations on symptomatic therapy for these diseases are given. The work is of interest to general surgeons, as well as therapists and medical students.
